As far as i can see, the Argus B320 is a battery powered camera, which does not support ONVIF (because of the obvious reason of battery consumption).

AFAIK the only battery cameras supported by Homey are currently Eufy cameras

The Argus Series B320 is supported but is requires a hub/nvr to talk to Homey. This is because of the communication design of the device

There are battery powered devices from Reolink that are supported, the Argus Series B320 is just not one of them.
