[APP][Pro] Homewizard 🧙‍♂️

Yes, I got people begging for it.
Problem is, it comes with a new v2 API for it that which is not catered into my app yet.

Hello,

I received the P1 meter from Home Wizard today.

However, I can’t get it to read today’s gas consumption.

It does read today’s electricity consumption, but it keeps the gas consumption at 0. I would like to create a flow when it is above 6m3 per day, so that I get a notification.

Am I doing something wrong?
Because the strange thing is that the electricity works and the gas doesn’t.

Are you seeing the gas data in the Homewizard mobile app?

If not:
Maybe you’ll need to request for the gas meter coupling or ‘activation’:
(In Dutch, use deepl.com to translate)
Homewizard p1 geen gasstanden meer sinds 2 dagen - #43 by Enrico.vandenEnde

Yes thats the weird thing, in the homewizard app i see the gas and energy data.
But in the Homey i only see the total m3 of the meter.

I installed the app Power by the Hour, but there i also don’t get any data from the gas and for the energy it works good.

I don’t get it.

I would add a widget for the gas usage of today in the Homey Dashboard.
Now I have added a browser page of the homewizard site and via there I can now monitor the electricity and gas. But it is not as ideal as a graph widget for the electricity and gas.

Please provide your output of the above url. Be aware to replace the ip address with your own P1.

Do i put the whole text here, that i dont leak something ?

But that’s normal, at least I don’t know better:

Did you select the Gas summarizer?

And doesn’t your Homewizard show up next?

Yes i selected the gas summarizer, the same with power summarizer.
The power works, but the gas don’t show any data. But in the homewizard app i see the gas data.

OK.
When you open the Homewizard URL as mentioned a few times recently, do you see any of these values getting returned?

Is value zero ?
Is total_gas zero?

I need to see the gas_timestamp related to the total_gas_m3 meter result.

I did not see the gas too with HomeWizard. But now, I have done it again, I see it :face_with_hand_over_mouth::blush:

Hope this is what you mean, if not please ask. This whole smart energy is new to me.
Thank you!

There is one more thing that I noticed. Last Saturday, January 11, I connected the Homewizard P1 meter to my smart meter.

Now I look in my app from the energy supplier (EnergieDirect (Regelneef), but since January 11, I can no longer see the data of the gas/energy that has been consumed.

The strange thing is that I can see this in the Homewizard app via the P1 meter. Since January 11, I can see the data in the Homewizard app and not in the app of the energy supplier (EnergieDirect Regelneef)
Can the Smart meter only pass data to 1 service?

Maybe an error occurred in the smart meter by plugging in the Homewizard P1 meter?

I don’t understand much anymore, hopefully you can help me.

No, but it might not be able to power multiple dongle.
I use the Homewizard smart splitter with 3 P1 meters:

It didn’t work with just a regular splitter.

Unplug the Homewizard dongle to see if the Energiedirect app shows data again.
It should also show the status of the Energiedirect P1 dongle

The energiedirect app doesnt have a dongle, goes through Liander i think. I only plugged the P1 from homewizard in the meter.

I see. I don’t know why Energiedirect no longer transmits data, OR your phone app doesn’t receive data.

The gas timestamp you showed

is an actual one;
The used format is:
“The most recent gas update time stamp structured as YYMMDDhhmmss”

Okay, maybe it’s a coincidence.

Now I see that the last KWH reading was reported on 11-01-2025 at 05:51. I see that on the meter when I scroll through the menu.

Thanks for your help, I’ll wait for Jeroen’s response!

Yeah, that should be today’s date with a recent time

Ok what do you see as meter data in my Homey Homewizard app for you P1 gas?
Do the meter value m3 match with that what you got from that v1/data url I asked?
