[APP][Pro] Homewizard šŸ§™ā€ā™‚ļø

Hi Jeroen,

Yes, I have connected them by the HomeWizard itself.
But is is also possible to use it in Homey?
I can’t see how to get this sensor as a device in Homey to use it as a start in a Homey flow.
Thx!

Add the sensor via Homewizard Homey app, add it from the ā€œsmoke motion doorā€ sensor. Leak sensor is related there (yeah name / relation could have been better)

Hi Jeroen,

Thx, what’s in a namešŸ˜€

Maybe it is a homey 2023 issu, but it is not working.
When adding is see a short flash and then nothing.
No device added.
It is hard to discribe, the is something and then the installer is gone and no divicces are added.
Does this sound familiar?
Thx!

Yes try https://my.homey.app/

Hi @Jeroen_Tebbens,

Hi Jeroen, yes with the web GUI it worked to a the water overflow meter.

The strange thing is the device is not avilible for selecting to us it in a flow.

Can you see what is going wrong?

THX!

Either refresh or what do you expect it to trigger then? Those have a generic alarm.

Hi Jeroen,

Ik wat to get a message when there is a water leak.

Click there, then homewizard app, then that water sensor as generic alarm not?

Nope, it is not there.

Hm kay, I’ll have to investigate my code then. :expressionless:

THX! please let me know if you need more info.

Succes!

Hi @Jeroen_Tebbens,

I still can’t see voltage info with my P1 meter. I have 3 fase. Should I re-add the P1 device after the upgrade (didn’t try this yet)? I restarted both Homey and the P1 meter already.

Thnx for your help.

Guess your p1 firmware isnt updated?

Try http://ip-address-p1/api/v1/data

Hmm I don’t get any Voltage outcome. So properly wrong firmware then…

I thought the firmware on the Homewizard P1 is automatically updated? I just disconnect the P1 from the meter, remove the power source and then powered it again. But still no update.

Or is the firmware of the smart meter (Landis + Gyr) outdated…?

I see no active_voltage_l1_v etc…. Soooooo no volt info from your Smart meter unit sadly. You do got the other details of the new firmware so your Gyr Landis unit does not provide voltage info atm. So not Homewizard to blame but your Gyr Landis is the problem here,

Ah, thank you for the check!

Hi!
Two questions re. the Homewizard P1 dongle:

  1. Do you know if the dongle works in Sweden, i.e. that it is powered and properly reads the data from the RJ12 port on swedish electric energy meters? It seems that some have been sold to Sweden, so maybe you know if they work here (in Sweden) or only in the Netherlands?

  2. Can I read the three phase currents in Homey, and are they showing the direction, i.e. if current goes out to the grid or in from the grid?

BR / Mats Williander

Hi Mats,

I dont work for Homewizard so I have no clue if this would work in Sweden or not.
You have to ask Homewizard company support desk themselves to cover those question.
I am just a volunteer who ā€œout of hobby and joyā€ work on this Homewizard app for Homey. The product itself is totally with Homewizard.

Not sure Homewizard can answer about how it works in Sweden either, unfortunately it may vary a bit between different utility companies and different meter brands. But I believe some people have managed to make it work so it’s not a definite no.

Ok, got it, thanks for the clarification!

Re. the Homey app: Can one read the different phase currents including direction of flow (out to grid or in from grid)?
