Is there a posibility to show the gas usage throughout the day (as in the energy app) instead of the development of the gasmeter total?
In that way it would be a cleaner graph to compare to e.g. heating graph’s.

Use “power by the hour” for that. A bit pointless for me adding if there is a great app for that.
True, @Jeroen_Tebbens, but it would require installing another app while it is functionality that the HomeWizard P1 provides. So I do understand the question of @Jurgen_Jacobs.
Same for standby electricity usage. If one has an Energy+ subscription (like me), it would be great to have that shown in Homey as well.
Of course, I don’t know if there are any technical difficulties to overcome for this.
Another question: would it be possible to hide the values for delivery back to the grid? Just like you do with phases that aren’t used?
I do not generate any power myself, so these values are useless for me.
Just don’t know why the P1 thinks I did deliver 0.02 kWh back to the grid… ![]()
Perhaps there could be a treshold of 1 kWh or so to do/don’t display these values?
The value is not in the API so that means I have to track it myself in the app.
Further the Energy+ details or not in the API available either and ONLY live in the cloud so I dont have access to that either.
Regarding the return power does track if you don’t deliver back but your T1 return is not 0 but 0.02kWH so that is the answer why it shows.
Ah, pity but clear! Thx!
(although tracking it within the HW app would still be great…
)
I cannot have delivered anything back to the grid, so it must be an off-set or other flaw in the P1.or smart meter.
Would it be possible to implement a small treshold for showing / not showing this value? Like when the value is below 1 kWh, not letting it show?
I am chatting with the HW dev team to see if it they can extend the API but no promises.
You are the best, @Jeroen_Tebbens.
Thx for the effort already! ![]()

No am not, just trying to help but cant keep everyone happy.
I know you do (and can’t).
But I can think you’re the best anyway, can’t I? ![]()
Thanks, will wait for the other 4300 users of this app. ![]()
Thanks Jeroen, i didn’t think of that.
As Henk says it would save an additional app (especially as i’m running a non-pro early 2018 ;-)). But power of the hour will work.
@Jurgen_Jacobs Power of the hour is a total different app then Power by the Hour
Yes, you’re correct. I meant by the hour.
I am still running my Early 2016 so understand your concern , yet some apps are worth it.
Ok guys,
I’m trying to get my head around the data the homewizard homey app, the SMA app and power by the hour are giving me.
I’m seeing something for which i’m unsure if it’s correct behavior, miscounting or simply a misconfiguration.
The energy app (by homewizard) outside homey shows a daily usage of 6,3kwh (7.1kwh from net - 0.8kwh solar panels)
My SMA homey app shows 2,72kwh from the solarpanels.
Could be that the solarpanel gain was 2,72kwh of which i used 1.92kwh strait away and given back 0.8kwh.
Power from the hour shows usage of 3,63kwh as daily usage.
I’d love to have a daily usage of just 3,63kwh but i’m pretty sure that’s not correct.
Have i misconfigured something or is one of the app giving faulty data?
I assume the 3.63 comes from the 6,3 (according to Energy this is already minus solar panel gains) - 2,72 gain from the solar panel app.
Is it double counting 2 different solar panel gains? (0,8kwh and 2,72kwh)?
Is it deducting the total solar panel gain including the part i used from the nett power i got from the grid?
You used 2.7 - 0.8 = 1.9kwh directly in your house which you wont “see” in any meters.
Power by the hour started during this day and didnt had a 0 meter at 0:00 hours so that is incomplete data atm. This will improve tomorrow.
Thanks again Jeroen, yes i understand that i used the 1.9kwh. It seems the data from Homewizard P1 is the correct data. By now i understand this is not a homewizard issue but is there a way to prevent Power of the hour deducting my solar panel gain from the clean homewizard data?
Please wait till tomorrow so Power by the hour has a normal track start.
But to get the real internal view as well in Homewizard Energy you need their kwh meter and put it between your SMA solar inverter and the P1. This will probably fix your meter challenge. I think Homey and both the apps wont solve it OR you have to work through your logic flows and calculate it your own way.
Adjusted threshold to 1 kWh so it should be removed in the next update 3.0.2 when it hits the app store.
