Yeah so somehow that device got corrupted in Homey is my understanding.
But good to hear it is now sorted and working as expected. ![]()
Hi!
I installed the HomeWizard app yesterday, and everything works fine there.
However, Homey Pro 2019 won’t let me install the app.
Firmware:
12.7.1
Error message:
An unknown error has occurred.
incompoible_app_version
What could be the problem?
Thanks for your help!
Yes I had to many weird problems lately with the older model with my updates ended up with flooding my email box with crash reports. Last update is valid for 12.8.x and up.
Eventually when 12.9.x is released it will update.

- async/await update on several drivers
Due to the recent issues at HomeWizard backends, I accidentally deleted my 3-phase meter and couldn’t add it back. I tried to fix it by reinstalling the app…(on my 2019 Homey) and now I lost everything, including P1 and 1-phase meters. Do you have an older version available which I can install via Homey CLI?
Check my github. Or latest test version. Dropped firmware to 12.7.1 if that helps.
@Jeroen_Tebbens Thanks for helping me out, i just installed the test version and I’m back to where I came from. Great!.
P1 and 1phase meter works again, still not able to add 3phase meter, but will hold off from that exercise for now. At least happy I can continue to use my older Homey as an EMS

Hi. I have huge memory issues lately because of growing RAM usage of many apps. HomeWizard is on the top of the list. How come that HW uses 90MB of memory (insights on memory) lately?
Hard to say it depends on many factors.
Homey firmware (as you say many morre apps start to use more memory)
Amount of HW Devices deployed
Have the same issue
Please reach out to Athom support, I have no control over this.
Exact same here
Please update to v3.8.18 this is the latest version and has all the issues resolved.
I have an issue with the P1 meter freezing in Homey and the only thing that helps is an app restart. I made a flow to do this automatically and report back and it happens at least 2 to 3 times a day. I’m not sure if it’s a HW issue as they seem to be having a lot of server problem nowadays but just reporting it to see if maybe other users experience the same. I’m on 3.8.18
How can I update from 3.8.4 to 3.8.14 on early 2016 version? I have auto update set to on but it doesn’t update. Cannot find how to update manually.
Probably your Homey firmware isn’t 12.7.x
Can you be more specific?
What do you mean with freezing?
What do you see?
What version Homey?
What firmware Homey?
Could you share me a diagnostic report after that happens?
My guess is wifi stability issues on your end. I see no other reason why that would happen.
