[APP][Pro] Homewizard 🧙‍♂️

First post in this topic has tips. I think your mdns is the problem.
Most of these issues are resolved by restarting your accesspoint(s) that handle both your Homey and / or your kwh.

For version v3.7.1 there has been change how P1 (APIv2) gets its information using websocket method.
If you experience issues you can turn back to the old method via polling REST API. In advanced settings turn ON this switch to return old behavior.

Hello,

I have a 3 Phase kWh meter but the amp mesurements go wrong i think.

When i only use only 10 watt on a 230v phase then the app says 1.73 A i think that is wrong, ore do i mis something?

And another question, hoe can i make a flow that calculates the used kWh?

I have 2 devices they both use aprox 25A on 3 Phase so i can’t run them at the same time. But how can i make a flow that calculates how much every device uses?

Which version of the app is this?
And what type of kWh did you use during pairing as there are 3 flavor SDM630.

I use that vesion: 3.6.77

And i have a kWh Meter (3 phase) P1 mode

Ok thank you. Will have a look.

Can you share me a diagnostics report?
Point is you update time says 1 minute ago while polling is abiut every 10s which makes me wonder there is a wifi connection stability issue instead and your Homey is unable to poll every 10s.

How do i make a diagnostics report?(found it)

I use the meter now for a week and the lowest reading i have seen is above 1A

I don’t Calculate these but get them from your kWh itself.

So i have to contact the place where i bought it?

Nope you have WiFi issues. Please restart the app so there is a clean log.

P1 already has issues so expected the same for your SDM630.

Example:

2025-10-21T12:39:57.230Z [err] [ManagerDrivers] [Driver:energy] [Device:9d62ed5e-d2fa-44a9-82c1-dde5219f2fba] FetchError: request to http://10.1.0.250/api/v1/data failed, reason: connect EHOSTUNREACH 10.1.0.250:80

  type: 'system',
  errno: 'EHOSTUNREACH',
  code: 'EHOSTUNREACH'
}

i just did the app restart.

i can’t restart the WiFi on the moment because the homey is based on another location.

I also noticed your polling interval for is set to SDM630 every second. It should ok IF your wifi is perfect and your Homey has the capacity. But let’s monitor how things work out.

i did that on purpose to try to get it working myself before i made a comment over here.
sould i set it back to 10sec?

the homey that is connected to the SMD630 is a homey pro 2019 and has homeylink to sends al the data back to my homey pro23 so the homey 23 makes the calculations.

Wait, 2 Homey’s now? Homeylink?
Where is the SDM630 located? I need the logs from the Homey that has the SDM local via wifi. Sorry I was expecting 1 Homey but understand that kwh3 is remotely?

i did send everyting from the location where it is instald.

so the homey pro 2019 and the SDM630 are on the same location.

i also send te log from the app on the homey pro 2019

whe have 2 locations and the SDM630 is just monotoring some divices on the other location, i bought that one because it was the only meter that i could find with a MID certification.

i think you can forget about the homey pro 2023, because i just collect the information from the homey pro 2019 and there it is already wrong.

I need a clear log from your homey that has the SDM630. If the app has been restart there good. If not restart it and wait 1 hour and sent me the diagnostic log of that. I can’t give support or answers on Homeylink between your Homey’s.

So far everyting i send is from the homey that is local with the SDM630.

The log i send half a houre ago is from before the restart, sould i send another one in aprox half a houre?

The wrong Amp numbers are at the homey on the same location and local WiFi as the SDM630 is

Homeylink: as far as i understood is homey link just a bridge between the divices, so it hase nothing to do with the numbers.

I understand you can’t help me with homeylink because that is a athom bv app.

I hope i expland it so you can understand, englisch is not my fist language. I am already thankful for youre quick response and help!

I don’t know if it is helpful but if i go to the homewizard app it says i have a good wifi connection

Yes sent me a new log of that Homey.
The wifi connection stability is about your kWh meter and your Homey. So could be that your Homey has a bad reception.

So log is empty something isnt right there. I expect log details of your SDM630. Maybe reboot your Homey there as I assume its the 2019.
