Nuki App stopped and won’t allow me to access my lock

Looking for some help.

Nuki lock stopped working.

Tried a repair - no joy,
Tried a restart app - no joy,
Tried a restart of Homey Pro - no joy,
Deleted integration at Nuki Web - Homey asked me to login, login and then I get the screenshot that I’ve attached.

No matter what I do I get the same error message.

Why has this happened and anyone any idea how to fix it?

Worked perfectly until today. :man_shrugging:t3:

Exacly same problem here, nothing works. Repairing gives server error 500

I have 2 Homey and 2 Nuki lock and the same problem…

It’s not the first time Nuki has cloud related issues.
Wait until it’s fixed, or contact Nuki Support; seems the best options to me.

If the page you are visiting throws 500 Error, there is nothing much you can do since the error is not caused by your browser or Internet connection. Even though the error is on the server side, you can try some of the following options:

  • Come back later. The persons responsible for maintaining the server may fix the issue in the meantime.
  • Contact the website owners. The last remaining option is to contact the person responsible for the website.

I don’t think Nuki is the issue.

Same problem here…

Did it occur right after updating to firmware v12.4.0? This was published @ March 17.

But usually, when you can’t login to Nuki web, most probably something isn’t right at Nuki’s side.
Maybe they aren’t aware yet, hence my recommendation to contact Nuki.

I can log in to Nuki Web just fine. The issue is only with Homey and nothing else.

Apple HomeKit is not having an issue.

According to Nuki, their services are all up and running as normal. :man_shrugging:t3:

I’ve deleted the Homey integration again and will try tomorrow and see if it’s back.

According to Athom, their services are all up and running as normal as well :man_shrugging:t3:

The problem I don’t think is Homey. It’s the App

An app doesn’t generate a 500 server error.

Same issue here. I also see comments in the nuki developer forum about this.
I could not find a place where i could report this issue on the nuki website.

I don’t understand why you post about this problem, Carl. You seem to know the cause already :man_shrugging:

Same issue here. Worked perfect until today and suddenly stopped working with the same error after trying to repair…

I will shoot Nuki an email to see what’s going on here. Keep you’ll posted.

I have same problem..:man_shrugging:

Yep, since then. Invalid Response (500 Server Error) that’s when trying to authenticate.

On 12.3.3 same Problem. Nuki-Device-Card shows Missing Token, Repair-Function ends with Invalid Response (500).

+1 same problem here - with both Nuki Locks with different FW. :frowning:

Nuki has been made aware of the issue and their backend developers are looking into it. Expecting to hear back from them at the beginning of next week.
