No, there’s nothing stored on the dongle, maybe a few minutes of cached RAM data (but I doubt it).
Insights Data unfortunately is averaged over time. The further back in time, the more it’s averaged out, removing interesting spikes and dips.
AFAIK only the “last hour” data contains 5s datapoints.
To save the most precise “last hour” data, you’d automatically export the dongle’s data to external storage, with the Archive Insights app for instance:
To be clear, that will be for “as of now” data.
It’s impossible to download non-averaged data from older Insights data.
