EDIT 2024-01-18: @Martin_Verbeek has made a fantastic effort in creating the amazing HomeKit Controller app that is made for bringing the FP2 into Homey. It supports presence, motion, zones… Just stellar work. Be sure to check out the thread for his app here . I just saw that there’s a new FP2 pre…

[image] Adrian_Rockall: Also, there is currently no way to connect locally to the FP2, so the only option is via their cloud API, which is a complete mess. Hopefully, @TedTolboom will be able to negotiate a solution with Aqara as they weren’t interested in supporting Homey when i made enquiries…

[image] Erik_Veer: But is have read you need a hub for that?!? I was not aware as I have one. Could be an apple tv or homepod (mini) Were you able to do this with ifttt? Sorry for my late reply. On vacation… I am not a fan of using IFTTT, but will try later this week. Thx for the input.

Pardon my ignorance; I’m not a developer. It may be harder than it sounds but isn’t the most efficient way to use FP2 locally with Homey is to resurrect the HomeKit Controller app? I have an old version on Homey and successfully added FP2. It was only pushing the luminance data because I guess it di…

[image] Peter_Kawa: You mean this app? No, HomeKitty isn’t a controller app (with which you can control HomeKit devices on your network).

I meant this one [image] [Discontinued] HomeKit Controller Apps Hey, I created an app to add HomeKit enabled devices to Homey. As soon its ready I will try to publish it to the App Store. Whats working: Add devices like light, air purifier, sensors and outlets Add bri…

Hi all, I am really interested by this FP2, looks like very powerfull, but not in favor to pass through Homekit for it. So if a developper can support me to have a direct integration, I will be more than happy to donate, let’s see

If you also have a homeassistant running you can connect the FP2 via HA. I’m not sure if zones work. I don’t need zones so I never tested it

[image] Valentin_Ciopei: If you also have a homeassistant running you can connect the FP2 via HA. You now make it sound it can be added without using some apple stuff? Which would be awesome btw  This guy states he needs something from apple to make it work in HA (I’ve zero apples in t…

Yes, and zone is exactly what I would like to use. Without this option, I can continue with multiple standart sensor. Let’s see when somebody will develop an app for a full integration of FP2 directly with homey :stuck_out_tongue:
