It works. Thanks

Is there a possibility to import the values of the temperature and humidity sensor from the energy display in homey? I can’t find the energy display when adding devices in homey…

No sadly not (yet). Homewizard hasnt opened their API for the HW Display so I can’t get that information from the display. I’ve heard this request several times before but I am bound to what HW allows.

I think they will like this on tweakers as well.

Test/beta

v3.5.1

  • Coversion to homey-compose (DCSBL)
  • Socket identification (push button led blink) (DCSBL)
  • Voltage addition to sockets
  • Serial number addition to socket names (DCSBL)

Hi,

I’m not sure if this belongs here or at Athom, but I have a question about my 3-phase power meter.

I use it as my main power meter to monitor my home’s total energy consumption in real time (since I don’t have a digital meter yet). However, Homey recognizes it as a separate user rather than the main source. This causes an issue where, for example, if I use 360W, it gets added to the total instead of being displayed as the actual total consumption.

Is there a way to configure Homey so that the 3-phase meter is recognized as the total household energy usage?

Hi Yankee_Delta, sadly this is a bit complicated at the moment as that would require me to add this to the kwh meter while this is only valid for a P1 smart meter that tracks overall energy usage.
If I would add this, other users will have both their P1 and kwh meter showing up tracking the energy and double count their usage.

  "energy": {
    "cumulative": true
  },

So its not possible to add a button in settings to do this? when the buttons is activated use this code else take this code? or is there any way i can do it?

Also i updated this morning my home and now ma 3phase wont work.0
After deleting it, it doesn’t show up anymore at all.
Also after rebooting app, turning local api on and off in home wizzard app.
Any suggestions?

See first post for suggestions.

Sadly it isnt just a button. Moreover you refer to a 3 phase unit, does that unit cover ALL your household energy you want to see or only 1 of those phases?

Thank you @eovermeer for your PayPal donation. :heart:

ok, ill look for it.

Yes it serves now as a all around device. i dont have a digital meter yet, so i cant us the dongle.

The same for me, I also prefer a choice option.

I have the 3f meter in series with the P1. Because the P1 unfortunately only has an update once every 10 seconds.

Try test version v3.5.2

I don’t see P1 mode, do I need to restart Homey after installing the test version?

Edit: Found :grin:

Thanks Jeroen, Looks good,

First impression.
The meter and the clone refresh on a different moment and not every second.
(Maybe a Homey thing)

And of course this clone has no gas or water. :grinning_face:

That option comes from Homey due to the option I had to add as P1 mode.

Is it possible to add a 2nd Homewizard P1 meter?

I would like to add my parents’ P1 meter so that I can monitor their energy consumption via the Homey.

I have enabled the API in my father’s app, but I do not get a login window when I want to add him to the Homey. First I get a white screen and then the message “no devices found”

No because that P1 is not in your local LAN network.

I might have overlooked, but I’m in need for advice/assistance in my situation:
I have a Plugwise P1 meter working with Homey for a long time already, but I ordered the Homey Energy Dongle to replace it.
I received my Homewizard Plug-In battery in the assumption that it works with any P1 meter. But so far my Homewizard app (v 1.24.8) doesn’t who the battery doing anything other than slowly deloading from the original capacity. (I did turn it on :wink:)
What should I do?

  • wait for the Homey Energy Dongle and hope it will work with the battery?
  • still enforce-buy the Homewizard dongle and expect it to work?
  • any other suggestions?
    Any help appreciated
