Hmmm. That should not be needed. Can you restart the app and after a few minutes try again. If still nothing showed pm me the log, you can access that via the app settings, configure, log, copy to clipboard

The app should sync the zones that are available and remove the ones that are not. So normally there is no need to remove the device in Homey. What did you do in the Aqara app? Do you factory reset the device? If so, so have to remove it from Homey as well. If you did a network/homekit reset, it …
