[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home

Hello

The Aqara vibration T1 sensor doesn’t get recognised. I see there is one model in the list of supported devices, but not T1. Homey adds it as a standard zigbee device. I wanted to measure vibration levels with it… (in a graph)

Can this be done?

Hi. I have been using a T1 LED strip for a year without issues.

I just installed a second one, and now both of them is failing all the time (after 6-24hr). (Zigbee, no hub). I have tried repairing them, and even resetting the Zigbee system. Restarted the app and the homey. They always come back online by using repair, but they fail after some time. No «red triangle» to indicate they’re offline, and by using the zigbee tool in homey development portal I can ping and interview them - They just seem to disconnect through the app (I get the 10000ms timeout warning when using manual commands, and flows just stops working)

Any advice is welcome - Thanks.

Since Homey v13.2.0 update got installed this morning my Aqara T2 dual relay’s which control my overhead lights in my office keep blinking off and then on without a real noticeable interval, but often enough that is annoying. I have the T2 configured as a ‘plugged in Lamp’ that switches the output 1 to send power to my skylights. The T2 is configured to reset to the previous state after a power break but that is not actually happening. In the homey log of the device the ‘blink’ is also not logged as a task directly by the Aqara app itself or any other factor.

No clue but it probably is deeper related to the zigbee of Homey or something, when the homey is powered off the T2’s stay on without blinking. I also tried unpairing and then pairing a T2 again but that didn’t fix the issue. Anyone else also experiencing this issue now?

I am having the same issue, the Aqara T2 dual relay power cycling every 15-45 sec randomly, on either relay when they are turned on.

I did the same test as you - turning on the relays then powering off Homey Pro seem to stop the power cycling, so the issue is definitely related to the new Homey update.

Since the Homey firmware update last night (and my change logs flow didn’t detect an Aqara app update) most of my Aqara FP300’s are stuck with motion and presence sensors on. I have tried restarting the sensors. I have tried re-pairing the sensors. I have tried restarting the Aqara app on my Homey. I have tried restarting my Homey Pro 2026. Nothing seems to make any difference, all of a sudden all my FP300’s are just stuck in one state, meaning most of my room occupancy Advanced Flows are not working.

Most of these reported problems seem to have something to do with Zigbee and Aqara devices.

Since the homey update this morning, both of my T1 LED strips are not responding to anything at all :frowning:

My Aqara Zigbee devices haven’t recovered, most of my FP300 presence sensors are stuck with presence detected, so don’t trigger flows when I enter or leave a room. I have tried everything imaginable (resetting, repairing, rebooting sensors app and Homey Pro, reducing sensitivity etc etc). Devices and flows that have been working pretty much flawlessly for months are now doing nothing at all. My smart home is now dumb :frowning:

What’s really strange is it only seems to be affecting Aqara Zigbee devices, and not all of them, just a large number of them. And only since the Homey firmware update last night.

I have just noticed that most of the FP300’s batteries have plummeted in available charge since last night’s Homey firmware update. They’re all running in Zigbee mode, and were all 90% plus the last few days.

Did this reinstatement of the Zigbee routes cause a hammering of Zigbee comms that could have hammered the batteries perhaps?

The really odd thing is the 2 presence sensors that see the most on off traffic are the only 2 that are still 95% battery charge. The opposite of what I’d expect.

same here. Smart plugs not functioning. wall switch not responding most of the time. but also working on other moments. never had any problems with aqara smart plugs

Device: Aqara Light Switch H2 EU, Zigbee model lumi.switch.agl009
Aqara Homey App version: 1.16.2
Setup: Zigbee, connected directly to Homey Pro (no additional hub), neutral wire wired
Issue: Blue status LEDs on all switches blink rapidly in quick succession every ~30–60 seconds. Audible relay clicking during each blink event. Affects all H2 EU switches simultaneously.
Switch firmware version not visible in Homey. No LED indicator setting available in device advanced settings.
Suspected cause: Zigbee Identify cluster being triggered periodically by the Homey coordinator.

Same problem here with my FP300’s (ZigBee). All of them were stuck in motion and/or presence detected. Tried rebooting everything, repairing the FP300’s with limited success. One of them is still stuck even after repeated repairing attempts.

Exactly the same issue. 2 out of 3 FP300 are stuck in motion detection. Nothing helps. This is really dumb!

There’s obviously just a bug in the Zigbee route update in the new firmware version. These things happen, I’m sure @athom-moderators are working on a fix… we just need a little patience :+1:t3:

Experimental update already pushed.

As you can’t change back to the Stable release channel without a hard reset I think I’ll just muddle through until it’s released :face_with_peeking_eye::+1:t3:

would this be the same probleme?

Same problem here with my T1 leds… Any one got a feedback from Athom support on when they will release a fix ? Half of my automations are not working anymore :frowning:

Issues here as well. Sensors hanging in active status and also sensors lighting up their LEDs all the time. Quite annoying in the bedroom

That’s absolutely not true!

So why when you go to follow that guide does the Homey dev tools setting tell you that you can’t disable it without a factory reset? I was just going off the Homey setting warning.
