Use homey zigbee base via tuya to add devices

Hello
I have a device zigbee that is not recognized in homey. But normally if we have a zigbee base from tuya it can be add to tuya application directly.

So can we use the tuya application to add a device true the zigbee homey base. So the devices will be recognize to the tuya app and go to homey via tuya cloud?
So I do not have to buy some more zigbee base just to manage that devices.

The devices I try to install is a smart switch

SPORTARC SK-Z9

Thanks for your help

When you connected it to a Tuya zigbee bridge, it becomes available to Tuya cloud.
To control flows (= send data from TC to Homey), you’ll have to use the workaround called RAW Commands.
To control the device (= send data from Homey to TC), you can use the aforementioned workaround as well as the tap-to-run workaround
All is mentioned and explained, incl. howto’s, here:

Downside: it converts a local signal to a cloud (dependent) signal to have it connected to Homey.

You can request for direct Homey zigbee support @ [APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App

Today I already use plenty tuya device but via wifi and so I control this devices by homey true tuya cloud.
But if I well understand what you said that means I have to buy a tuya zigbee bridge to connect the smart switch to tuya cloud and then I will have the possibility to get it on homey, I hope.
Because some device on tuya cloud do not come on homey but that a other topic.

I’m sorry, I was under the impression you already had a Tuya zigbee hub:

When you haven’t, it’s only €15 or such and off you go

or,
don’t buy Tuya zigbee devices

or,
be prepared to possibly wait for a (long) while after you requested support for Tuya zigbee devices as I showed @ Tuya Zigbee topic.

A lot of Tuya devices indeed don’t, BUT that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work!
In theory almost any Tuya device in the Tuya cloud can be controlled by Homey, and/or they can control devices/flows on Homey.
That’s what I tried to explain in my previous reply  (tap-to-run scenes & RAW Commands)
