Homey Pro (2026)
I spent several hours trying to add my first Zigbee device, Tuya Temperature & Humidity but no final success. Eventually managed get Homey to find the device add it via Tuya Zigbee but it said it was added as a unknown device Homey doesn’t have the right app and request. I have done this but nothing. If I press the device tile it states this device does not support turning on or off.
Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks Gareth
For zigbee it’s best to first add mains-powered devices. If this is the only device you’ve got (i think it’s on batteries) then it might be tricky / unstable.
Which app did you use, since there are several for Tuya? Maybe you can find additional information in the community topic for the APP you are using. Or maybe trying a different APP might solve it.
