Homey and Tuya

10 years ago I bought an alarm for my house, It has a HC12 controller connected so I connected a lot of Z-wave for the doorlocks, 433MHz for many of the lights and so on

1 years I bought an homey pro an a homey bridge to start to replace everything and it has worked perfect until recently, Tuya that I have a some controller for will not comply and dissapere in Homey.

I start instead to replace everyting with Zigbee and now even with IKEA Matter.

But I have invest a lot of money in this and I still like to have everything work until I can change every lights and things from Tuya. Is there any workorund?

I have 52 units in 433MHz and Tuya. to set lights and different flows.

Regards

Mike

This app should work for Tuya:

Yes, I have tuya app before and it seems to work for the most parts. But I just recently bought 6 plugs that for tuya and zigbee and 2 tuya and wifi. everyone is found in Tuya but never gome up in Homey pro so I can use them in a flow. other tuya ones has come up in homey nearly instant.

I just ditch them and bought a dirigera hub from ikea and set that as matter bridge and change the plugs to ikea instead and that works like charm from Homey pro

So you also have Tuya ZigBee devices? The ZigBee plugs can be added directly to Homey.

Normally yes. but this ones don’t like to connect.

Is there an error message when connecting to ZigBee?

No nothing. it just don’t find it. perhaps the advertice is wrong about zigbee and only Tuya.
I will not use them anymore now. I do not want to hassle with different hubs. as it is now I can use everything through homey.

The ZigBee devices don’t need a Tuya hub. Have you installed the Tuya ZigBee app on your Homey?

Yes I have Tuya installed and normally there is no problem.
But this units only connects to tuya and I cant reach them from homey.

The Tuya ZigBee devices can be connected directly to Homey by using the Tuya ZigBee app (install the Test version for better compatibility):

The Tuya WiFi devices can be connected to Homey by using the Tuya app:
