I have had this for 3 years with no problems in homey now all of a sudden it doesn’t work and can’t be put in what to do

Same here, but I saw also that there was a new Genie app (again). maybe Rituals change something in their API. Athom self is maker of the rituals app. you can fill in a support form. I will do the same.
Had contact with Athom, they know there is a problem and contacted rituals. there are working on it
Had contact with Rituals, they know about the problem. Sunday 22/09/24 they have an update planned and should resolve some problems. (Connecting a genie with android, no cartridge installed, alexa integration and so on.)

The native Rituals Genie app is updated on 22-09. But still the “too many requests” popup when trying to add a Genie in Homey.

same here, not so good. Does honey have agreements with their own integration partners? What happens if your alarm system suddenly stops working. however good experiences with the honey team so let’s hope they sort it and the genie starts working again

They often say they do, but I doubt they are SLA’s.
You shouldn’t use Homey for anything important and critical, like alarm systems, heating systems, or devices that spray smells into the air. At least not without a good and tested backup in place.
We’ve reached out to Rituals with the problem. Let’s hope they fix it quickly.
