Surely you realise that if such a guide existed, it would mean the error is known and therefore it would have been fixed already, negating the need for such a guide?
You should contact Athom, perhaps they can help you better than I can.

Thank you very much for taking the time to help me.

I have contacted Athom who have written back that they are very busy and I can expect a 2-3 week wait before they get back to me

@Jan_Severin Last week I did get a answer within 3 day so maybe you have to wait not that long.
Thanks for the information ![]()

It’s not an error message.
I doubt it.
Thanks for the information. Nice to know that’s not the cause.![]()

It is now 22 days since I asked Athom/Homey for help. Apart from the fact that they have announced that you should expect a 2-3 week waiting period, I have heard nothing.
@Jan_Severin Was this the solution for your problem? Or was this another problem?
Hi Mike
When I logged into Homey via my web browser I got the error
“Something went wrong”.
It turned out to be a software bug which Peter from Homey fixed.
Homey knew about the error which they have fixed in their system so hopefully it won’t happen to any of us again.
