So i got a bunch of gu10 smart lights (Osram) from someone. I wanted to use them in my garden. Got 7 of them and needed one that looked a bit like time. So i got a ledvance smart+ gu10 rgbw.
Now all the Osram lights are paired without too many issues. But the ledvance keeps giving errors.
When i add this light as a zigbee device i get the message that this device already is addd.
If i add this light with the ledvance smart+ app it says its added as an unknown device.
It is shown with a zigbee icon instead of a lightbulb icon. I can use this card to turn it on/off choose color etc. It also tells me that there’s no app installed for this device. But i do have the ledvance smart+ installed as shown here in my menu:
The menu from this app consists:
- enabled
- automatic updates
- restart
- create diagnostic rapport
- Uninstall
So i don’t see any options in here that could be of any help.
But here’s the issue when i have added it as unknown zigbee device through the ledvance smart+ app. I use the app < group> to group all these 8 lights in total. The thing is it sees everything except this “unknown zigbee device”. I need this to work as a group to keep my flows overview a bit clear.
I found a thread stating i could interview this device again through the developer page. But this didn’t change anything.
I hope someone has a solution for this?
