My Innr sp120 smart pugs stopped working. I tried deleting and reconnecting. But this results in a timeout. It is strange that all the INNR plugs have the same problem at the same time. This has to be a zigbee or an app problem. Any suggestions how to resolve this problem?
The usual:
- restart the app
- restart Homey
- PTP Homey
- if you’re still using the original power supply that came with your Homey, replace it with something better
- if that doesn’t work: change Zigbee channel
- if that doesn’t work: Zigbee network reset
- if that doesn’t work: full reinstall of firmware with original data
