Can't add INNR RGBW Z3 Bulbs

Hi, I just got Homey Pro installed today, I already added Qubino sensors for my house shtutters, but I couldn’t find a way to add my INNR smart bulbs.
I tried resetting them multiple times with no results.
I started looking on the web, and I found that some Homey devices have faulty zigbee chip.
So, I looked at the developer portal, but I can’t understand if the zigbee network is down or what, I’m not so skilled in IT.
Here what I see:
NODE ID is set to 0
Network address is 0 too
Last seen is -

The only thing I can try now is go to an IKEA and try one of its zigbee bulb.

Do you have any further suggestions?

Did you used the inner app to add the device or did you used the add zigbee device option?

I used the INNR app.
However, after some zigbee network reset, I got it working finally.

Hm, here the same problem with an INNR SmartPlug a day ago:

Perhaps you and @dvk8 should report the problem to Athom support, even it’s already solved?

Apparently the problem is the Zigbee chip.
Rebooting homey does not reset the zigbee network.
To do so you must log in into the developer page.
