Homey 2023 no zigbee network

HI all,

I have been reading through the forum, but cant find a proper answer what to do.

My issue: I have merged from Homey 2019 to Homey 2023. All backup devices are working, except for Zigbee.
I know its a know issue and I am happy to re-install. However reinstaling also doesnt work.
It concerns mainly Innr SP 220 plugs, which cannot be found via the app, nor if one wants to install as regular Zigbee device.

  • Repairing doensnt work: devices not found
  • Adding a device, same issue
  • Adding a device without first removing, same issue
  • Reset the Homey to factory defaults and tried again, same issue
  • Reset the Zigbee network in the developpers environment, same issue
  • I do not see any Zigbee devices in the environment.

Anybody any other ideas?

Thanks!

It’s unclear if you have issues just with INNR devices, or with Zigbee in general.

I also cannot find my Philips Hue Bloom, which should work on Zigbee.

Switching back to HP2019 does work.

I unfortunately have no other zigbee devices to test

Assuming that you’re putting the devices in pairing mode correctly, it sounds like your Zigbee chip might be faulty. You should probably check with Athom or the seller.

I guess a IKEA is around the corner and still open

And yes what @robertklep says, if you are out of options to check you should contact the seller or support.

Thanks, think that is a logical explaination.

Any means of also checking that myself? Probably only with another Zigbee device (yes, will have cycle over to IKEA  ) In The developers environment it doens state any errors, also when restarting the zigbee network.

At least thank you for your time to think along and reply!

Basically, yes. 3x is shipsright :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
