Hi,
I just got the INNR SP240 plug. When trying to connect it nothing happends. I installed the app, search for the device in the app. It then tells me to hold the power button for 5 seconds and release.
I did that, but nothing happens. It will eventually just time out. I tried restarting my homey and completely pulling out the plug.
