Innr RGBW E14 inclusion fails

Hi guys,

I use some innr bulbs with my homey and have quite some trouble including them. It is the innr RGBW E14 bulbs and I have 4 of them in a lamp.
Starting the inclusion (or resetting an starting the inclusion), homey detects one bulb, tries to add it and then after 30 sec, it fails. When Im really lucky, the integration of one bulb goes through, but it does not react to any command.

I tried:

  • bringing homey very near to the bulb
  • leaving only one bulb in the lamp
  • using the standard Zigbee-App for inclusion instead of the innr app
  • resetting the bulbs of course

No luck.
My innr GU10 RGBW worked within seconds without problems.
Any thoughts on this? Do I need to try it with the Hue Bridge?

If you have other zigbee apps, turn them off before the pairing process. It might help.

Thanks for the suggestion. As far as I am aware, there are no other Zigbee Apps in use.
Most are Z-Wave (Plus) and one through WLAN.
