What version of the Sonos (Homey) app are you using?
Latest versions for everything. Maybe try to delete the remote and reinstall everything while you are closed to homey. It could be an issue with your zigbee network
Tried it again no success when I use the round ikea Dimmer it works fine
Zigbee connections are no problem here.
Is there anyone else here who has succeeded in controlling their Sonos volume with this flow?

This is my working flow without Ikea hub (the same as Erwan_Thomas).
The value is the local tag i used in the flow (which is the tag from this symfonisk)
fyi: i tested first the push function so i know the button is working, i had to pair it another time with this button in order to work.
How strange; this is my exact same flow, but isn’t working…
What version Sonos app are you using; @Mole?

I use the same version, but I believe the Symfonisk integration in Homey is somehow buggy.

The remote works fine when added to the Ikea Hub.
ah, well i have two remotes, just for a few days now. But in the beginning with both i had to reconnect/remove them in order to get it work (again). Up till now it seems stable.
I did do a few remove/installes, but no luck there.
Since the problem now seems to be in the Ikea app, what versions of that app are you using, @Mole and @Erwan_Thomas?
(I used v1.15.2. Athom released a test version v1.16.0 as-we-speak, but that one didn’t solve the problem as well…)

Well, it seems not completely be reliable. One of my symfonisk remotes is not working anymore this morning. The other one is working, but had a bad delay…
Although the one that is not working is the most closest to homey (2m). The connection seems to get lost.

Bij mij werkt hij wel met de flow maar merk ik geen verschil tussen de instellingen 0.1 of 1. Het lijkt wel willekeur te zijn hoever hij harder of zachter gaat per draai. Meer mensen last van en hoe is dat gefixt

I have the exact same problem. It just randomly turns up or down. Even the side I turn to doesn’t matter. It randomly goes up and randomly goes down. I stopped using the turning know, only use it for clicking now.
I got a reply back from Athom regarding the Symfonisk remote.
Seems there is a problem with Symfonisk Ikea firmware v.2.1.024. Luckily there is an update to v2.3.080 which worked for me!
The button presses are working and even turning the remote works. Not exactly the same as when connected to my Sonos via the Ikea Hub, but I suppose that to be Homey’s limitations.
That also explains why some devices are working in Homey, while others don’t.
So for everyone that has a Ikea Gateway/Hub; you might wanna update your remote’s firmware that way. You would have to re-add it in Homey afterwards and rebuild your flows (or have your go with @martijnpoppen’s amazing script: [HOW-TO][Pro][Cloud] - FIX flows after removing and adding devices)
