In my humble opinion you don’t need the Homey P1 dongle when you already have a Homewizard P1 dongle
No need for that.
The Homey P1 dongle has a “thru” connector, to connect another P1 dongle, like needed for, for instance Zonneplan’s own P1 dongle (NL).
