Do yo still have rate limiting issues?
That issues where for 100s of users and is apparently fixed. I haven’t seen the rate limiting reporting since then.
Therefore I think you should contact Athom support.
Also pls create a new topic for the new issue you experience.
thanks @Dijker . I don’t know if I still have the rate limiting issues. While trying to fix this I uninstalled the Hue app, and now it doesn’t allow me to install it again, confronting me with the 404 error.
Given that users report that the rate limited issue has been resolved after this solution by Signify/Hue and there are no reports of users who still receive rate limited notifications, this topic is closed.
Please report other issues to Athom support and/or in a separate topic.
