Google Chromecast app many times not available how to fix?

I have 6 Google/Nest Home audio/hub/mini devices and two speaker groups.

I have some flows to control the volume and play/pause and start radio/spotify, but a lot of the time some devices are not available, or are playing while not are playing, while in the Google Home app it is always correct.

How can I fix this? Restarting the app usually helps, but occasionally this is not an options.

As I don’t have these problems you describe, it’s almost for certain related to your wifi or network setup.

As you don’t share any system details, for now I assume your Homey is wifi connected;
Homey can be very picky, in other words, it likes to be connected to a 2001 dated wifi 2.4GHz system

I have a flow that restarts troublesome apps/devices.

Within this flow, every six hours if any chromecast devices are not available restart chromecast app.
