Firmware 13.2 Zigbee issues

Hi

Not 100% sure if related but getting a loads of device issues with Zigbee since 13.2 firmware update, seems a number of devides keep intermitently flicking off then back on. I assuming it is down to their routing from what I csn find in knowledge base and on web but can’t see an obvious fix - is anyone else having issues like this?

Looking in Dev Tools, a number of devices seem to have lost their route - tried various and devices do work but they flick off and on every few minutes.

Anhyone any ideas?

It’s more likely that Athom has implement the route discovery in a way that is causing this.

And just search the forum for many more people having issues like this.

Please in English

Can you elaborate? Like the device itself is turning on and off?

No, they didn’t, as you can see they still send the data and are being received by Homey… you shall check Last update stamp, eg. for some button/ sleepy devices, this could take hours until updated

At this moment ignore the routing path or fix it using maintenance, then it shoud reappear. But if the device works, ignore the “?” in the routing

Almost all my end-devices (buttons, sensors) had to be woken up (push a button, wait for the sensor to report) before the question marks were gone. That took some time, but after doing that all my devices are online now. Any for the first time without Tx errors (1 day after the update).
My router devices (all mains-powered bulbs, switches) were online right after the update.
Do you see that pattern too? @Darrell_Etherington

I have joined the forum to say I have the same issue. I have multiple aqara H2 dimmers running zigbee. Since the new firmware yesterday, the dimmer controlled lights randomly switch off and the log says that aqara app did it. If they have been set to restore state after a power cut, they will then switch back on, otherwise they stay off. Frustrating and in future I will disable automatic firmware updates.

Can you check BINDINGs in the Homey Developer Tools ?

I have issues with multiple Aqara LED Strip. They got unresponsive.

I mean bindings for lights not for dimmer… or better to say, try to check all devices for bindings. Why ? Because I found some of the devices created Out of Homey direct bindings and then controlling themselves without need of Homey. I was talking about that already here on the forum, maybe you can search if interested. Other than this, I’m out of ideas.

Agree they can still talk to Homey but to clarify the point about, for numerous Aqara devices T2 Relays etc. that control fans, lighting etc., once turned on you then get intermitted state changes i.e. the light will go off for split second then come back on, same happens with fans. It happens intermittently every 30-40 seconds, sometimes 1-2 minutes but keeps happening. The device stays in on state as selected from Homey but will briefly change to off state then come back on - literally a split second.

Adding, all of these devices were 100% stable for way over a year until 13.2 was applied

…seems you can test possible fixes already

I suddenly started having issues pairing hue ZigBee devices yesterday, they were on my network previously, moved them to hue some time ago for hue sync and decided to move them back to ditch the hue bridge and sync but nothing would pair or it kept saying it was already added, which it wasn’t. Related?

Hi all, the latest beta release (13.2.1-rc.4) should fix the issues you are possibly seeing with Zigbee!

The issue seemed to mostly effect Aqara and Tuya Zigbee devices.

Fixes it for me - thanks

I’ll try when back home but that sounds promising as it is all my Aqara devices that are affected - thanks for heads up

IKEA too.

How to download and install this RC version?

Or how to get back to the previous stable version. At least for me?
