Homey very slow

Last night my Homey Pro was updated to 12.13.0-rc.3 and since that everything seems slow. So, a Z-Wave or Zigbee motion sensor notices movement and only 30 seconds later the Zigbee lights switch on.

Anyone else has this issue? Already restarted my Homey Pro

Don’t restart, pull the plug for 10 minutes instead.

If that doesn’t work: stop using RC’s (which aren’t RC’s but beta’s, at best) :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Tried to pull the plug, but it didn’t work.

Seems to be with only Zigbee lights. I notice that the motion sensor immediately notices activity; even the Zigbee ones. But then it takes a very long time for the lights to switch on. And it doesn’t seem like the app switches it on and only after a while the hardware switches on, no it takes half a minute before the light switches on and then at the same time I see the light in the app switch on.

How do I remove myself from RCs? I have an option to disable power user or virtual devices. Virtual devices I really need.

And a howto to actually revert:

(I’d turn auto updates off!)

Nope, I don’t.
Have you tried to analyze your Homey, eg. sysinternals and looking for CPU/Mem usage ?
How your ZWAVE/Zigbee looks like in development interface ? Do you get many Tx errors , some path/nodes unknown etc. ? Also, it could help to disconnect power from your Zigbee and ZWave routers, if you would see there anything strange.

1.7 of 2.0 GB memory used.

There are so e Tx errors in the Zigbee overview. What is many? I didn’t check this before I had the issue.

There are some unknown devices indeed.

Cutting power to all Zigbee routers is pretty hard.

If I reset my Zigbee network do I have to rebuild it again? Or will the mesh just be rebuilt?

This is with the new firmware and might be cosmetic issue only, at least for ZigBee

What about fuse box?

Yes, reset will erase all of them

According to Gemini I will have to re-pair all of my Zigbee devices then. So I am not going to hit the reset button.

Just did re-added my Homey again, see if that helps, but it doesn’t.

Edit: only just saw your reply.

I guess the fuse box is the only option. Other than that. I can of course first start with some that I can cut the power from. If that helps, I can of course cut the power through the fuse box

Tried resetting some of them. So far no effect. Perhaps I just need to wait for the next stable update

A new RC update should fix zigbee, Rudi.

Ok, I have enabled experimental updates again. If this one solves the issue, I will switch experimental updates off after that.

Thanks all!

Rc4 was not the fix for my Zigbee issue :frowning:

Same here and also with Door en window sensors from Aquara
