Firmware 13.2 Zigbee issues

If available restore from a backup.

Else, wait till stable version with fix is available then disable auto updates. When an update is available take special care before updating, especially with x.0.0 or x.x.0 releases. Visit this community forum to see if there’s been any impact with an update and how that applies to your devices. Usually i just wait for a x.x.1 or further increment before I update.

Only from a full backup, online (cloud) backups cannot be used to go back to a previous Homey firmware.

Looks like hue was affected. I couldn’t pair bulbs a few days ago, I kept getting connection errors or messages to say they were already added.

Updated to the new firmware and everything paired first time

Same problem here too. Firmware 13.2.0 broke my entire Zigbee network. I updated to RC4 but now the Aqara T1Ms won’t pair. Does this happen to you too? After updating to RC4, is it better to reset Homey?

Same problem here. Restarting the Homey Bridge helped for an hour and then it’s broken again… hope this will be fixed soon!

Same here as well… All zigbee devices not reachable. Firmware 13.2.1 did not help. Not happy at all if i have to repair everything

Strange  13.2.1 did help me with my aqara issues.

I got 13.2.1 and the Aqara issues got fixed.

you may need to repair the aqara devices in the homey app (which also works again)

13.2.1 did the opposite for me. Device are randomly leaving the zigbee network. Response time from sensors is ridiculously large. I can’t add new devices, the mattermetwork is switching off and takes hours to get online again only to switch off again in minutes.

Reliability is near zero.

I’m getting the feeling we are alpha testing an overpriced and overhyped raspberry pi with a nice gul.

Have you tried rebooting Homey?

Ofcourse, multiple times.

2019 Pro, No Zigbee with 13.2.1 or 13.2.0 ! z-wave is working fine.

I’m still kind of a new homey user. And I also suffer issues with my Aqara temp sensors with zigbee.

Which is kind of annoying I bought homey to manage temperature in house with 4 different heating/airco brands.

but how long does it take with homey to go from a new test beta firmware to the fix being in the normal release ? Wondering if i just wait a bit or try and get the beta on it.

Which beta? 13.2.1 is the latest release and it’s marked a “stable”.

In this thread 9 days ago there is a reference to v13.2.1-rc.4 that has a fix for the aqara sensors.

Yes, that was a pre-release version of v13.2.1, which is now released.

Ah that’s the one that bricked everything for me :frowning: 13.2.1 is when my sensors started to not work anymore. Mainly the aqara t1 on zigbee. Soooooo… hmm

Anyone an idea then how to solve it ? I tried reconnecting sensors but after a couple of hours they stop responding. Then rebooting the homey gets some of the up again but others go down. Playing a kind of “whack a mole” here with going offline/online

You might want to check in the Zigbee section of the Homey Developer Tools whether the Aqara sensors are routed via another device. Try repairing that devices (via the Maintenance > Try to repair option in its device tile).

Again bit of a newbie here I found the settings and my sensor that is the most far away seems to be disconnected the other seem to be connected in the developer menu. So what I’m wondering is when repairing the connection should you do that where you hang the sensor or next to the homey. Because i have been doing the latter.
