Same here, restarting the router was the solution, im still on IPv6.

Hi! Those of you who still have IPv6 activated, you don’t experience any other issues? When I still had the problem in the thread I activated “offline warning” in settings and got messages a couple of times per day that the Homey was offline, and then an hour or so I got the message it was online again. After disabling IPv6 I don’t get that message any more. So I think, at least for me, IPv6 had more bad influence on my Homey than I originally knew.

No, everything is fine. Disabling IPv6 should be only a temporary solution, as it is a basic foundation of the internet. Athom should fix the issue in the Homey firmware.

Shelly app stopped working on me yesterday, but as I just installed it, I chalked it up to a mistake I made. Just spent 3 hours trying to restore backups and failing on multiple steps in the process (firmware update right after restore). Tried to connect wifi only (but I always connect via Ethernet). Tried to update the firmware via USB tool (this worked, but took ages and got stuck on the “verifying step”).

Found this thread, rebooted my router, everything works :person_facepalming:

Happy that this seems to be network related, but my god what a nightmare with 100 devices and 10s of flows active.

last week, I’ve experienced once again this strange behavior. I’ve opened a support case.

Yesterday, Support told me that with the release of Homey Firmware 12.4.4, this problem shoud be fixed:

“We have meanwhile implemented a fix for your problem of not being able to install apps. You can now download and install apps again. That shouldn’t cause any more issues”
