I don’t think you use the correct pairing as this isn’t an expected response.
Are you using the correct pairing method?
pls show screenshots what you are doing

you have to use the other APP for the 433Mhz RF
Trust Smart Home | Homey
and choose the ACD-1000
This App you used is for Zigbee device from the same brand only.
O i dint know there were 2 apps for klik aan klik uit.
Im new with this and feeding so supit now.
But it works now.
Thank you very much
As potential new user, I’m wondering how much work it will take to convert an extensive KlinkAan KlikUit system on a ICS-2000 Control Station to a Homey Pro Controller?
Is there a quick way, or do I need to re-connect each individual consumer?
Thanks for any suggestions.
You have to connect al your devices and build the flows.
Take care that the range of HomePro of the 433Mhz signal is less than the ICS-2000.
So, it would be best to expand with a bridge unit to compensate for some extra needed range?
Before you order a Homey bridge:
What’s the max needed range, Albert?
Any walls / ceilings in between?
My 2 Pro 2019s worked and work flawless with 433MHz on the same floor, but, with my Pro 2026 433MHz, it all became a hit and miss disaster. It might be due to a lower signal power, or to a different antenna (position). It’s surely not “improved by xx%” like Athom’s previously advertised with the Pro 2023.
I’ve decided to use the HomeyLink app to control my 433MHz gear per Pro 2019.
A bit of a sad workaround, as I just don’t understand how a newer product has (way) less performance on certain departments.
Thanks for your comment; the max distance will be a little under 15 meters, 1 (inner) door between the main unit and the farthest device. Only ‘walls’ are drywall with metal/wooden frames and 1 concrete (inner) wall, no ceilings as I live in an apartment.
I’m running a Trust system now, with an ICS-2000 in the same position as the Pro unit will go and have no problem with the system now.
I figured the additional price for a bridge might be worth it to prevent range problems?
YW, Albert.
A concrete wall can frustrate radio signals because of the iron weaponing inside.
15 meters as max distance seems pretty far for Homey Pro 202x, even without obstacles.
Thanks for your answer.
I was afraid of that and I will try with a bridge positioned in ‘clear-view’ except for a door, no reinforced concrete in the way, at approximately 7 meters from the Pro unit and then hope that the ZigBee units in my system will work as mesh extenders.
YW, Albert.
In general all mains powered zigbee devices also act as zigbee router. Battery powered zigbee devices don’t, for the sake of an acceptable battery life.
As rule of thumb, indoors I’d keep a max distance of 4 metres for zigbee devices.
