Ik merk dat ik een kaartje mis! Het gaat om een EN-kaart die bepaald of een gordijn een bepaald percentage geopend of gesloten is. Dus bijvoorbeeld “gordijnen zijn meer dan 75% gesloten”
Dat kan volgens mij met behulp van de tag uit de Slide app en ingebouwde logica-flowcards van Homey.

New version coming up soon, with support for Slide local API. If you want to test:
Briefly press the reset button twice, with about 0.5 second between the two presses.
If you see the LED (the other hole) rapidly flash five times, you have disabled the Cloud API and enabled the Local API.
(If you see the LED slowly flash two times, you have enabled the Cloud API and disabled the Local API)
These instructions will also be shown in Homey when you pair a new local Slide device.
Once you enabled the local API, the app will find the device(s) in your local network.
Please mind, that your curtains can no longer be controlled using the Slide app on your mobile phone
Use the Homey app instead.
In return:
- The slide devices will still be controllable with Homey, even if your internet connection or the Slide Cloud is down
- Your device status will be updated every 3 seconds instead of every 30 seconds

If I reset then can I calibrate them with homey then ?
You can recalibrate them with Homey. That also works for the cloud API version though; select the Slide app in Homey and the cards should be there (both for single device and all devices in a zone).

The recalibrate will stop once it is finished.
But I manually stop it
Have two slides but one is longer and one is shorter
On one set of curtains? That won’t work with the Homey app, I think…
If they are separate curtains, it doesn’t matter, each Slide will do its own calibration. Just let it finish and it will know the beginning and end of the curtain rod.
then unfortunately no local API for me, since it is a large curtain rail, and there is a curtain on both the left and right with different positions
Could you explain how you can operate these with the Slide app (outside Homey)?
There are 2 separate curtains in the living room
one closes to the left and the other to the right
so 2 separate slides, but the length is different when both slides are closed. they don’t go out completely
Not sure if that will work, I didn’t even know you could stop the calibration in the smartphone app.
Never knew it was possible to have separate 2 curtains of different lengths on 1 rail (with Slide).

Am I correct in seeing that some of the cards have been removed. I use the Cloud connection and with the latest version I lost a card (immediate stop). It seems to show as available still on the App page itself but not sure if those cards are for the local connection only?
in the “Then” available cards I (only) see these;
Quite a bit less than what I had before/expect based on the App page.

Addionally, I am missing the flowcard to calibrate the curtains as well, @Jorden?
On the latest app and firmware here too, using cloud connection. I have Slide Pro.
Sad news, Slide is bankrupt… So soon it can only be used locally with homey
