Anyone else who has the same problem?
Is it possible to Arm Protect through the homey app?
Did you installed the latest test version? Do you have free memory?
When I reinstalled the app it works again.
Thank you!
i have created local users for people to register and assign the fingerprints to , these account are then retrievable in a flow.
Create a flow and use the when “a fingerprint is identified” option with the then logic : #username contains “person account” and the Then action for the lock
Thank you for a great app! ![]()
Do you have any plans to implement support for the USL Relay. Would be really nice to control the outputs and read the inputs on the Relay. I found the USL Entry to appear as a “UP Sense” in Homey. And that seams to work fine ![]()
Apologies if this has already been asked, but this forum format makes searching within a thread an absolute nightmare.
I’ve got two questions (for anyone who might know):
- Is the G6 Entry Pro supported? Specifically, are both cameras (the doorbell camera and the package camera) exposed to Homey?
- I noticed the G4 Pro has flow cards that can trigger on face recognition, NFC, and fingerprint events. Since the G6 Entry Pro supports PIN access (via the Door Hub/UniFi Access), is there any way to trigger Homey flows when a PIN is entered?
Thanks!
Hi Benny,
I’m planning on getting the G6 Entry (Pro), but I’m wondering if Homey can see just the main camera or the package camera as well? It’s a shame the doorbell isn’t recognised, as that’d be my main use case.
When somebody has the G6 Entry Pro we can try to add the support for it. I need some debug information from a simple nodejs application
Hi!
I’ve got one on order. Once it arrives and it’s installed I’ll get back to you.
Thanks!
Cheers,
Alex
Hi,
I’m having an issue with live streaming from my UniFi Protect camera in Homey.
I’m currently running Ubiquiti UniFi Protect & Access v1.11.3 Test.
Snapshots work correctly, but when I open the live stream, the screen stays black. Homey initially shows “Live”, and after a while the camera becomes unavailable. The same thing happens in both the Homey Web App and the mobile app.
I have already tried:
• Camera encoding set to Standard
• Secure RTSPS Output enabled in UniFi Protect
• Stream Encryption disabled
• RTSP Stream URL field in Homey left empty
• Restarting the UniFi Protect Homey app
The problem remains the same.
Diagnostic report ID: [indsæt hele koden her]
Could you please have a look at the diagnostic report and see why the live stream is failing?
Thanks!
I am seeing the same issue.
@Alex_R ive got one
Can you install the latest test version?
You can try to add the G4 Entry Pro as doorbell with the latest test version
Hello Obelix
I am sorry if this question of it sounds silly (New Homey user, got it yesterday), but do you mind elaborate further what you mean by latest test version, and point me to the direction on how to do it?
Again, really sorry but thank you for the help
