I have the exact same issue. My Doorbell Pro G4 is connected and we get the ring via Sonos, but the picture is not availiable for a week now. Before it worked.
I want to connect my G6 Entry POE Doorbell wich is connected to my UNVR Instant but it can only be added as a camera.
Hello, I have multiple flows that use alerts based on vehicle detection. One in particular is problematic: I have set many cases where if we are at home or not, night or day it would open lights or inform me via sms and all is working. At the end of one of my flow logic, I set a straight “I am at home and I’d like one sms for one specific camera seing a vehicule as it could be a delivery”. It works but I receive 10 sms for the same vehicle…I have tried to control the number of sms received by setting a simple logic around a variable and it is not working. Is there a way to control this ? thanks
Please remove rtsp settings from the device in homey and restart the Homey Protect App. Can you try this?

the video streams just say: camera is unavailable.
i tried version 1.9.9 and version 1.10.0
Today, a new test version has been released with several adjustments to improve stability. Please ensure that the encoding is set to standard and that RTSP streams are enabled.
Have you been able to find a solution for this? I enabled secure RTSP output link and set encoding to standard. Not succesful, also not after a restart of the app…
Did you disable also Stream Encryption ?
Are there any plans to add the new AI Speaker?

. It is allready recognised as sensor. On the general screen as contactalarm and measures (but nor really) helderheid, luchtvochtigheid and temperatuur. But no data recorded. Tell me if this is oke and where to ship it to.
Yes, I did disable stream encryption in Unifi web app. I restarted the Homey app again this morning but for each live video in the homey app it says: camera not available. Any suggestion how to solve that?

Is it maybe possible to have a card to mute certain notifications of the alarmmanager of Protect and optionaly access in unifi? Like mute smart people detection alarm in alarm manager when person x is asleep. That would be a game changer (the ring integration had this and was really usefull).

I’m building a home alarm in protect. And since unifi don’t push when armed and they are disarmed i use homey for this. But is it possible to make a difference in what alarm i arm? So i get a notification that i armed alarm 1. Or alarm 2 for example?

NFC-trigger werkt niet met G6 Entry + UA Hub Mini
Ik gebruik de app met een G6 Entry (via UA Hub Mini) en loop tegen het volgende aan: de flowkaart “Een NFC-kaart is gescand” triggert nooit, ook niet na correct instellen van zowel de Access- als Protect V2 API-sleutels (beide staan op “Verbonden”).
Wat ik heb gecontroleerd:
- NFC-scans worden gewoon correct gelogd in Access zelf (System Log toont elke scan met juiste tijdstip).
- De actie-kant van de app werkt prima (camera-snapshot versturen als test werkt feilloos).
- In de apparaat-tijdlijn van “Deurbel” in Homey zie ik alléén Bewegingsalarm-events (aan/uit) — nooit een NFC-event, ook niet na tientallen test-scans.
Het lijkt er dus op dat het apparaat NFC-scan-events structureel niet ontvangt/logt, terwijl de trigger-kaart wel bestaat. Heeft iemand anders dit met een G6 Entry + Hub Mini-opstelling gezien, of is hier een bekende fix/update voor?
