Hi, since a few day’s I have issues with my doorbell. Connection with Homey is oke. I can send a snapshot but when I press the doorbell Homey doesn’t react.

I have an Acces Door Hub Mini, which I can add as a device. When I open the door (like in the Unifi Site Manager) I directly get a notification in my Homey timeline that the lock is unlocked. However, there is no when card available to use this information. Would it be possible to add a when card for flows, to use it as a trigger? Thanks a lot!
I got a door hub mini and have the new G6 Entry connected to it. When I look for the "when unlocked” card It’s not there. I only see the contact alarm cards, does anyone have any idea why that might be?

I have exactly the same problem. Using the same versions of the software. I noticed the problem has also been reported on GitHub: No more doorbell is pressed action · Issue #32 · steffjenl/com-homey-unifiprotect · GitHub . Unfortunately no progress so far.
At this moment there are (at least) three people experiencing the same problem.

Same issue here… I’ve tried to add the hub as garage door, as Garage door, contact alarm cards are missing while there is opened and closed cards. I have a door without contact sensor, so pleease bring back “Opened” When cards. to all hub like devices.
Can you send me an DM what you are missing? When you add the hub together with the Garage Door you have the situation that you want?
How did you get those in there? The G6 Entry was not an issue but the door hub mini… I get an error evertyime I want to add anything access related.
I have a local user and API key. For protect it works but for access I get a not authorized error

Did you create an integration api key in the access interface special voor acces ? The protect / console api key is not working yet for Access
I just found that api setting now and added it.
But there are no flows for a door hub mini? I can not use it for any flow. Thought I could use my access reader and door hub mini to open a door that is in Homey but no such luck.

Being able to add a THEN to ring the chimes will be great. Along those lines, would it be possible to add a THEN to trigger the doorbell too ?
I had this working for like a couple days until the update was released, now the cards are gone.
I added a webhook for this, not my favorite solution.
In Unifi Access I added an alarm, when user X unlocks the door, send a webhook to homey, locally, with my event and tag.
In Homey when that webhook is received and the tag is correct, open the gate.
Same here. I am not sure wheter it was because I have updated my unifi system with new UCG Ultra or because of the homey app update.
I can stream video from doorbell, but no “button pressed” card is triggered. I cannot adjust the microphone level either (not sure if I could before).
I tried reinstalling the homey app and adding the devices again, but same result.
Guess I’ll use that temporarily until it’s fixed, thanks for the tip!
Codes Issues, Are you using H.265? Maybe too heavy to display. I have the same issue with AV1 on Homebridge using ffmpeg.
When my Cam detects a Face (which is saved in the Protect-App), i’d like to be able to use that name as a variable. Actually i can only select the % of recognition for ANY Face or the type (human, face, car, and so on). Is there any chance to get this working?
Usecase would be (similar to a working one with Eufy Cams): Cam detects a known person → Sonos say’s something like “Lena is in the garden” where “Lena” should be the variable.
For info => this was an error on my side. As stupid as the flow was not enabled.
