Hi
I see the same thing on my G4 DoorBell Pro, so it’s probably not on Your side
Hi,
What about Unifi Protect running on Cloud Gateway Max? Will that be supported?
Hi @ObelixNL / Stephan ,
Any help on this ? The screen shot shows an older version but using the latest has same issue .
Thanks
Michel
Hey Guys,
Is it possible for me to connect to a Unifi Protect Server that’s not in my local network?
When i’m trying to connect, the time runs out and i think it’s because the video recorder are on another network.
Are there any solutions?
You’d use a VPN connection in order to connect to other non-local networks.
I would love to see the addition of something to do with PTZ like go to X presets
Also works with the new cloud gateway fiber
Thanks, all good
Are you expert with Ubiquiti wifi camera G4 Instant? Bought two, but I nor elec suceeded in connecting the to the Unify Protect app.
Seems I need some extra gear for them to work… (??)
Seems a recent update to unifios has broken this and the network apps.
I am using the early access release from unifi and everthing is working fine? So what is broken?
For what ever reason - it always tells me the credentials are incorrect, despite setting up new creds and copy pasting typing, no matter what it says the creds are wrong.
Create an local account without 2fa and try again, you are using an cloud account
Same issue. After an update on the cloudkey G2, it doesn’t work anymore.
Error is credentials are invalid. But the credentials are valid and local without MFA.

Any updates on if or when we would be able to get Face Reg or License plate into the When, THen And stuff? Was just looking today after Ai camera put up and restarted the stuff and never shows up with anything in there about it.
So, it’s now possible to make custom visitors (voice) messages with the doorbell. Is it also possible to make a flow with this, that you can select different pre-recorded messages? Or doesn’t support the api of unifi this?
Hi everyone,
Loving the app so far — great work!
The only thing I haven’t been able to get working are the snapshot images. I’m using a separate NVR (not a Dream Machine), so I’m wondering if that could be causing the issue?
I’ve already spent quite a few hours troubleshooting and even tried reinstalling the app. The user account I’m using does successfully retrieve all cameras and doorbells as devices in Homey — so that part works fine.
Hoping someone might have some insight or suggestions!
I am geting the following error in the web interface: request to https://null/snap.jpeg failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND null
Thanks in advance ![]()
Hi, I got my superlink with unify sensors in. All is working perfect in Unify protect. However when I want to add the sensor to homey it says there are no new sensors. Does anybody have the same issue. Adding other unify protect devices to homey works fine. Might have to do with the fact that the sensors use superlink to connect to protect?

Protect: 5.3.41
Ubiquiti UniFi Protect v1.7.6
I solved it by deactivating the user and then reactivating it.
I looked again also and in my case the user did not have rights to the sensor
. Now it works
