Same problem also for me since 2.9.41, i was already wondering why my sonos speakers didnt ring when the doorbell (G4 Pro) was pressed :stuck_out_tongue:

Also adding a new non-admin user gives the exact same error CSRF token msg, so that does not fix it.

Strange, i am using 2.9.42 Cloudkey 2 and does not have any problems.

Might be that the problem only occurs on UnifiOS 3.2.x as well as the Pro-Tech 2.9.41+?

Confirmed. V1.6.0 fixes the issue with CSRF-token missing.

Hi Stèphan,

Camera and Network app are connected and pretty damn fast. :+1::+1:

The only but, there is no preview of the camera’s or doorbell.

Also, a strange phenomenon is that 3 camera’s, Dome G4, shows each one a different interface in the individual settings page.

What do you see if your click on the camera icon? And what are you settings for the application? Is use camera picture checkbox checked ?

  1. When I click on the camera icon: nothing happens
  2. The settings for the app: see picture
  3. Is use camera picture checkbox checked: yes, see picture
  4. In Unifi Protect: use global settings for all camera’s

Same issue here.
Dream Machine Pro on V3.1.16 and Protect on V2.9.42.
All camera’s have this issue.

This checkbox is only for when you have enabled direct access on the camera it self.

Hey y’all.

Since the last week or so my G4 doorbell hasn’t been sending the doorbell pressed command through. Everything else seems to work just not that. I’m running a dream machine pro and a homey pro (2016-2019) with everything up to date. Anyone else experiencing this and know a solution?

Can you share your Homey Flow? and are you using the camera device or the doorbell device?

Hi, my doorbel is also not pushing events anymore. G4.
Ive tried any doorbell is pressed and also the tag from the doorbell itself.
