I own an UVC G3 camera, but not a NVR. I tried to add this cam to my Homey pro, without success. Is it possible to add my standalone UVC G3 cam to Homey pro?

Is anyone using Unifi Os 2.X or 3.X with this homey app? I am thinking of upgrading my UDM Pro from official version 1.X to release candate 2.X … but want to make sure the homey integration is still working…

Which version doesn’t work? It looks like that at least the Beta Upgrade for UDM/UDM Pro to v.2.4.x does contain the same Protect v2.2.6 version. Why should this not work?

Today I upgraded 2 UDM to version 2.4.27, I have protect on both of them also on each I have homey.
Until yesterday your app was working, i.e advance flows cameras movement activated triggered a push message—movement occurred for camera 1…7 etc.
After UDM upgrade the homey flows doesn’t work, no event in protect triggers the flows in your app.

I have 2.2.6 and 2.2.7 neither of them work after the udm upgrade
Sorry correction 2.2.6 works but not 2.2.7 that suports the new G5 cameras

Today I got the official notification to upgrade to v2.4.27. So to sum it up, it should be safe to go to that release as long as you don’t upgrade protect to a newer version than the one that comes with the OS. Perfect.
It would be nice if I could have a look with someone on the environment with the latest version of UDM and Protect and what exactly is going wrong.
Unfortunately, the CloudKey has a different version than UDM.
Upgraded to official 2.4 today on my UDM and the homey protect app still works!

Hey, I have a strange issue with my protect cameras.
I can see data and fotos of the camera, but motion detection do not get throug anymore.
Here you can see, that the last information came 5 month ago:
I´m running on UDM SE v3.0.18 and Unifi Protect 2.7.18
Any idea, what I could try to resolve this?
I have a similar issue. I use UDM SE v3.0.18 and Protect 2.7.18. Homey Ubiquiti UniFi Protect v1.5.16. I have AI Bullets and G4 Doorbell connected. I use the motion detector from the G4 doorbell and the AI Bullet to turn on doorlight. This al works fine for some days. After some days it stops working. It seems that the motion detection is not working anymore for the G4 doorbell as well for the AI Bullet.
I noticed that when looking at the G4 doorbell or AI Bullet from within homey, the camera option is gone, see attached picture the red circle. I that time I can not see video from the camera within Homey.
When I restart Homey, everything works fine again for some days.
Any ideas?
Farmiliar problem here, Cloud key gen2 with a doorbell g4. After a couple of days no notifications are coming through. (not the ring of the doorbell or the motion detections)
After restart it works fine for a couple of days.
Same problem here. I own 2 g4 cameras, one of them stopped udating motion events. The camera snapshot still works. Restarting the app or homey solves the problem short term
same here, Ring of the doorbell is not working.
Workaround: If you make a flow to restart the app every day
I don’t have this issue, i hope get the same issue soon so i can debug this.

Last updates are 19 hours ago (8/4/2023 21:49:55).
Restarting the Ubiquiti Protect app does solve the issue.
