App works great with Dream Machine Pro, couple of G4 camera’s and the G4 doorbell. Thanks for creating and maintaining - can’t be easy given the quality of software delivery of Unifi
One thing that’s not working for me is the smart detections card - the card is triggered on movement but it’s labels keep indicating n/a for detection type and detection score. So that makes it of little use. See some other users with the same problem.
Willing to to guinea pig and troubleshoot here if that would be of value (NL-based). Thnx!
Is this working for unifi cloud key gen 2 plus?
I’ve made a local user that works.
I’ve ad my IP, username and password in the app settings. Port is 433 by default.
But i can’t find any cameras when i try to add a device in homey.
Hi All, just wondering - would it be possible (in the future?) to adjust the chime status of the G4 doorbell?
(I saw the question by @rousseauxy , but no answer?)
And to add, without making another reply: Is there a way to fix the G3 instant motion detection? It stays on in Homey while in the Protect app itself it does not (i.e. “motion: x minutes ago”).
i have same issue, no status and motion detection not always detecting movements.
beside that i would love to have smart detection objects: car or person, i have home assistant and this option is available in Homey app.
Are there any plans to add the smart sensors any time soon? As I understand they save their values in a log file, such as temperature, humidity, light (lux), motion, etc…
I was thinking that triggers based on light (lux), temperature (above/below a certain value) and door open/closed status would be a nice addition. But I guess all of the sensor values would be nice to have, even motion, if you for example don’t have a camera in the room, like in the bedroom (better privacy than a camera). I assume that if you manage to make one trigger it is more of a copy/paste work with minor tweaks to make the rest
Ok, not sure exactly how it works, but in the protect app it is possible to add lower and upper threshold values for this. Maybe you only get something when you go lower or higher than what you set up in the protect app (battery saving to not send data all the time?)
Not sure which options are available in HA for the smart sensors, but from the description it seems to have it available.
