[APP][Pro] Homewizard 🧙‍♂️

Pretty lost in your case now. First it was working now it is not while the P1 code is the old one only added some logging. Might be mDNS as well.
I am pushing v3.8.11 now try that.

test/beta

v3.8.11

  • Rollback energy dongle code from earlier version v3.7.0
  • Strange SD630 problem on older Homey’s
  • Extra verbose logging in urls to expose mDNS problems for older Homeys (url)

not showing 3.8.9 as updateable version yet…..
as a side note… for me the total gas is not updating while the used today is updating.
the homey energy tab is not showing anything after the update to 3.8.8 yesterday… the update to 3.8.4 was too short lived to comment on it but the homey energy tab for gas did update on the 3.8.4 version and went flat after the 3.8.8 update

I try to explain. I have 2 power meters and one water meter from homewizard. One single phase power meter 192.168.1.12 and one threephase 192.168.1.31.
The app only shows the 3 phase version currently but uses the ip of the single phase power meter. http://192.168.1.12:80/api/v1. When I try to change that to http://192.168.1.31:80/api/v1 it saves and looks good. But when I leave the power meter and go back in the IP is back to http://192.168.1.12:80/api/v1
Hopefully it is now clear? Basically the question is how can I make the ip adres of the 3 phase meter http://192.168.1.31:80/api/v1 permanent in the 3 phase app in homey so the data is shown from the 3 phase power meter and not from the single phase power meter.

RIght I think the IP’s some gets swapped.

Browse this URL: Homey Developer Tools

And then search for your kwh meter and find the “id”. This is the serial.
Now match that with the 2 kwhmeter-XXXXX in your screenshot (clink on the > and look at the details) it should also show which ip address it has and announces via mDNS to Homey and the rest of your network (bonjour protocol).

Just installed test version 3.8.11 and values per phase are functioning again. Thanks.

quick general question if i may…. will it switch back to the stable version after a higher version is released or will it stay on the test channel now?

Will stay in test channel now. So you have to (re)install it when it is stable.

Pushing v3.8.11 for stable channel (needs review first by Athom).
I am not touching this version anymore. Several people confirmed it working.
And I need my weekend break / relax time now.

To bind unique IP addresses to your devices,
an IP address should be bound to the devices’ MAC address on your DHCP server, which is usually built into the modem/router of your provider.
This eliminates the possibility of devices using identical IP addresses

Installed the update(s) in the past few day’s. However, since one of those updates my gasconsumption in Homey stays 0. I suspect it has something to do with this update, as Homey uses my Homewizard input on the Energy tab. Gas is registerd in the standalone Homewizard app. Anyonells experiencing this?

Yes I have the same, and some of the other values stopped too ! I solved it by pulling the P1 meter for a minute and after that all works fine again.

Same. gas consumption is no longer updated in Homey.

The Homewizard application itself correctly sees gas m3, but it is not reflected in the Homey App for HW.

  • Hard power cycle of HW P1 dongle did not resolve
  • restart HW Homey App did not resolve
  • reboot Homey did not resolve.

Just received update to 3.8.11, all seems back on track again :+1:

Hi Jeroen,

All gas consumption P1 measurements in Homey are no longer updated. Gas consumption is displayed correctly in the Homewizard app.

Can anyone tell me if anything has changed recently on the Homey Homewizard P1 meter? I haven’t been getting any updated data from the gas meter for a week.
