Are you using the right WhatsApp action card?
So is not because of P2000. Then make sure you use the card below and you can just select P2000 image in the right window.

I have not yet done anything with the app, just installed it a short while ago. Wanted to play around, but when adding an “IF” card, the P2000 does not show up under apps? I am a bit clueless where i should look.
