I have found this on Web. Mayby it could help: Login - InTouch - Web App
Gecko has nothing to do with Balboa devices.
@Jan_Thomas_Haugan as already stated in the post you’re replying to. Im not going to create that app. So please use the proper channels to request it

@Peter_Martis as requested ![]()
Send like temperature is refreshing and indicating the right temperature, temperature adjustments made are accepted by the spa. Locking and unlocking of the panel works fine, but, all the buttons on the next page is a bit struggle. The light state, pumps, heater mode and temperature range is not working every time. I have managed to get the lights on and a pump running but it’s only based on luck I think.
I don’t know why it is like that just on that page ?
I can’t believe what happened just now. The app is working flawlessly! When I was writing the feedback and I tried after 5 minutes it was just fine ![]()

@masollid nice! ![]()
As far as i have tested it seems like you have to unlock the panel before you are allowed to start pumps, lights etc. I had to restart the app to get it connected again to make communication between the homey and the spa after a while of inactivity
Fantastic! Thank you Martijn ![]()
Using 2.2.7 it seems that CMS is still having trouble keeping logged in.

There is actually similar trouble with the CMS mobile app. I have to kill it on my iPad/iPhone to force it to login again.
@OH2TH yep im aware. Seems like Balboa’s own system is also not working.
Will make a fix for logging in again
A little bit of topic, but hope @martijnpoppen do not mind. Regarding the original CMS-app: Try to change to “filtercycle” and back to “home” again, that forces a login for me (Android 14).
After a few hours of inactivity I’m struggling to get contact with the spa
made a diag

@masollid , if it helps, i guess it is the same issue that @OH2TH has. I noticed it about this 16:00CET based on a Filtersycle period. Sent a diag to @martijnpoppen , and he is working on a fix for it
Ps: try to restart the Balboa app, does that clear the issue?
It helps to restart the app. So that I correct
just letting him know so he can figure it out
but thanks ![]()
Will try a fix tomorrow. But might be monday due to Easter ![]()
