Zigbee network not started

I got a problem with zigbee devices, Cannot re-attach a device or reset zigbee network.
The App says that the Zigbee network isn’t started. restarting , even with the power removed for > 10 seconds, doesn’t solve the issue.
I’ve also tried the steps from Zigbee fully down without any luck.
I’m o the latets 10.0.0.1 firmware with a Homey Pro early 2018

Dou you meen 10 seconds or 10 minutes. (PTP).
Tried another adapter and cable? Minimal 5V 2A…

10 minutes, I’ve already got the adapter replaced with a new official Athom one, beginning of this year.
