Same here
After 9,5 hours it’s finaly finished.
You need a lot of patience
Last night, my Homey Pro 2023 automatically updated to firmware 12.7.0 and it took my hub offline. This morning it was rebooting over and over.
(a) I tried powering it off and then back on, but that didn’t help.
(b) I tried reinstalling the 12.7.0 firmware using the usb tool on my PC. The reinstall was successful, but the problem remains.
(c) I tried recovering the hub to a previous backup using the usb tool on my PC, which installed successfully, but the hub still didn’t work.
(d) I tried resetting to factory settings and then going through the normal setup process and recovery of a previous online backup made several days prior, but it didn’t resolve the problem.
At this point, I have lost all smart home functionality. My mistake for having the automatic firmware update flag ON.
I can reset the hub and do the setup without installing a backup, but that gives me a hub that is empty as if I didn’t spent the last 30 days configuring it. At this point, I don’t know what to do. It’s as if the 12.7.0 firmware changed something on the hub that’s not cleared by restoring a previous backup.

Using the USBC tool, the firmware update takes me about 10 to 15 minutes. I am in the USA and have a fiber internet connection.
I submitted a support request a few hours ago. Hoping this is something they can help me solve.
