I have tried multiple times to update my hp2023, from 12.3.2 to 12.3.3.
But every time i start the update via the app or webapp, it hangs on 0%.
I also tried to update it by usb.. i was able to get the homey in the state of the orange ring, but my (Windows) die not recognize the homey, even with the drivers installed.
Is there another way to update the homey?
Try different USB cable, different USB port etc.
Also what do you mean by this ? Or where the Homey got not recognized - in the browser popup selection ? You used a compatible browser, right.
Iām using the latest Chrome browser and multiple usb cablesā¦ I will try again with usb c to usb c tomorrow.
With the drivers i ment: installed the windows drivers for homey, as suggested in the browser.
Why do you updatet over USB and not using the built in update page under settings?

nice (sarcasm), that button inside the pro seems to be very fragileā¦ it broke off, so im not able to get into the update/recovery/backup mode anymore.
Any other way to update now? or am i stuck in v12.3.2 now forever?

Seems like a warranty issue? Unless you used a nail and hammer probably. Go to homey.app/support please.
