You should issue a support request, this is a community forum and Athom doesn’t use it for customer support.

I’m in sort same boat. iPhone mobile app crashes but web app works. Strange. Support ticket submitted. Thank god I created a back up three days ago. Hopefully won’t have to use it but at least have it if needed.
I assume you mean a full local backup?
The backup option that is on the more …. Page in homey app. Not cloud.

No, those are cloud backups. You can’t use those to revert back to a previous firmware version.
I saw this somewhere in this forum. Search for 12.7.0.
Could it be that you are confusing this with the problem that the update took an extremely long time for some users?
I haven’t read anything about the FW update v12.7.0 causing Homey to crash either.

Well this was strange. After approx 36 hrs from firmware update and all those accessibility issues this evening I checked and mobile app work as advertised. This has been a strange day and half / firmware upgrade experience
oh crap that’s right. Has to be old slow usb direct to PC backup.
