I am having a same issue. I’ve set up a restart flow 5 minutes before rituals should turn on, so lets see if it works.

Expired password notification (why?), after that the issues started. Now it keeps saying ‘Unauthorized’. Tried reinstalling the app, re-adding the device, nothing works.
So, it doesn’t work anyway. Currently completely useless and unreliable app ![]()
Athom made a fix for password issue, app version 5.3.1.
But i also had contact with Rituals because i had some other issue’s with the Rituals app of Genie, including the level of scent there is in the Genie.
They told me that this “feature” of the app was removed because it didn’t worked as expected.
So, the level indicator in the Homey app doesn’t work any more.
Is this app still not working please?
App is now working fine with app version 5.3.1
The devices are still in status “unavailable” and when I tried to repair them I get “Incorrect Username or Password”. The password worked before and I haven’t changed anything. Do I need to reinstall the app and re-do all my flows?

Did you create a new login in the rituals app, because the native rituals app did ask for that.
That was around april this year.
If not, then logout of the rituals app en login again with new credentials.
Add the genie to homey again with thenew credentials.
It should work again.
