Tedee offers to change danalock for a good price.
Anyone knows if a app is in planing for tedee?

In my Danalock app I get every day a advertising to change to tedee… the Hardware Look More professionell… but I will wait for the app in homey
I got credentials from Tedee to develop an app for Homey.
Does anyone want to help me out? I do not own the device myself.
I replied on a thread in the app request, but the guy who requested it doesn’t want to go through with it.
I can start on it as soon as I can login with live credentials.

Even een flinke bump. Super dat deze app bestaat! Ik ben inmiddels in bezit van de Tedee Go welke Matter en Thread ondersteuning. Is het dus zo dat in de toekomst de Tedee Go kan praten met Homey zonder bridge?

Not sure how the implementation with Matter and Thread will work exactly.
If it is possible and allowed, we will probably support this in the future.

Can someone please make the tedee bridge API work local? there is integration on other platforma and working.

I’m waiting for Tedee to implement auto discovery for the bridge.

Is the bridge still mandatory to connect the tedee pro to the homey pro ?
I hate when you need to buy a bridge to connect to another (bridge or box) … i’ll finish with 157 bridges T_T
I would also be interested to learn about local options for Tedee locks. They look like the best fit for me otherwise but I will certainly not buy them if there is not some kind of local integration with Homey.
Also the Homey best buy guide states that the Tedee lock connects vis Bluetooth to Homey and doesn’t mention the bridge (or indeed the app) at all. Which is very odd since that doesn’t seem to tally with all the other information I can find in this thread and in the app description.

Any updates on this? I also want to buy a smart lock and I like the tedee pro. But it has to be local for me.
I asked Tedee, and they told me:
“The auto-discovery Bridge API is planned, but I would not expect it fast.”.
That’s all information I have right now regarding the auto discovery functionality.

Instead of waiting on tedee to implement auto discovery, Is there an option to add the lock manually? Or is ‘auto discovery’ more than just adding the lock to homey?
