Reconnect matter device ("already paired")

I am trying to reconnect (pair) a wifi matter device (sonoff minir4m) to homey pro which I needed to remove because homey pro did stop connecting to it (although it was online).

The problem is that when I try to pair the device again I get the error message that pairing is failing because the device is “already paired”.

How can I add the device effectively again?

Kind regards
Georg

I have a similar issue with a wiz lightbulb.

I bought two, actually.

First one, added with matter, via android, using the qr code. The pairing went succesfully until the very last loading screen just never stopped loading. I closed the honey app and when i opened it the bulb was visible in my devices.

Second one i tried the same. Successfully paired, but stopped one the last loading screen. I closed the app.
When i opened the app the lightbulb is not visible anywhere.

Trying to pair again with matter via android, fails.
Trying to pair with matter via homey pro, bluetooth, gives this error

I can add the bulb to the wiz v2 app, and control it from there.

However, when i try to add the bulb via the wiz app, the bulb is not detected as a new device - only one of my older (and deleted from homey) bulbs are visible.

Its like the homey sort of has it synced but it is not visible in the app???

What to do!?

Is there a solution for this?
I already submitted a ticket but they estimated a three week answer period.

Any news on this topic? I have the same issue with Tado X Radiator thermostats. After deleting it is not possible to reconnect those with the same message “already paired…”

Please factory reset the radiator thermostats and try pairing again.
In their current state, the devices seem to tell Homey they are already paired.

I had the same problem with the Tado x Radiator Thermostat. I wanted to reconnect it for homey to discover the humidity sensor after upgrading to 12.3.0. I did the following:

  1. Removed the device from homey
  2. Restarted the Tado android app, because it wouldn’t start the pairing session.
  3. Re-added the device with the code from the Tado app
  4. Got the error message without the device being added.
  5. Added the device again with the same result. (this is probably not necessary )
  6. Restarted homey from the android app
  7. The thermostat appeard after reboot.
